ABOUT PARADIGME

We started PARADIGME in response to the architecture field repeatedly calling for “new voices” while offering them almost nowhere to speak. Young professionals produce research, critique and design that could influence the field. The problem isn’t a lack of ideas, it’s a lack of access.

Architecture rewards visibility but offers it almost exclusively to those who already in positions of power, with established networks or titles. Meanwhile, entire cohorts of young practitioners are expected to wait their turn. This also means missing climate and nature perspectives from the generation invested in them.

PARADIGME exists for a generation claiming its place in the conversation.
